Costa Rica, internationally known as a peaceful country, is one of the most popular destinations in the Americas. Its social stability, booming economy, ideal climate and government incentive has generated a massive inflow of tourists and investors enthusiastic about opportunities in real estate and business.

Costa Rica is the only country in Central America that does not have an army. Many years ago, the government abolished the military, allocating the funds to educating its people. Although Costa Rica has micro-climates throughout the country, it has ideal temperatures. The dry season is between December and April with very little rain. A few hour drive, in any direction will put you in a new adventure filled with fabulous sites for all walks of life. The rest of the year includes rain that typically occurs in the afternoons.
